This item was much more sturdy/thicker than I expected. The handle was shorter than I'm used to but that's alright it gets the job done. I'm pleased with this product.

I like this masher. It has a nice sturdy handle. I wash it by hand as most of my rainbow metal items lose their luster in a hot dishwasher. I've only used it for making apple sauce but I'm sure it works well for potatoes, etc.
