Since it's made entirely of stainless steel, I suspected the handle would be hot at first. But as advertised, the handle is not hot at all! A great product, we love it!

This is a high quality solid steel spatula. I have no problems using this spatula on heavy food items like steaks etc. It won't bending or breaking.
