I was hesitant to purchase the set at first because the description says “Shiny Gold, Shiny Black”. But the actual set that arrived was shiny gold, matte black. That’s exactly what I have been looking for. I’m very satisfied with the quality and finish of the set.

The set we bought is great. We washed the set right away and used it. I believe this is a great present for family and friend. Polishing is qualified. I love how comfortable it is to use. This is one of the best quality stuff i have got off amazon. I have checked the inside edge of the fork tines are not rought. It has everything i need. There are 4 soup spoons 4 regular spoons 4 salad forks 4 regular and steak knives.

Its 20pc cutlery set. Shipping was fast. The smooth reflection indicates spoons are made out of qualified polishing. When holding the cutlery set I can feel the proper weight. It is smooth and comfortable in my hand. It can also be a great gift for friends and families.

See below for my updates at 6 month and 1 year mark. I bought the black set and it’s not true black, it’s more of a dark gunmetal colour, which was not what I was going for. I put some black objects next to it in my photo for comparison. I have nothing else to report yet because I just got it recently. I’ll update this as to whether it fades or gets scratched, as I plan to wash it in the dishwasher all the time. My theory based on reading other reviews is that perhaps it depends on what kind of dishwasher you have. It didn’t have a single imperfection or scratch on it when I received it at least. Thumbs down to Amazon for having a fake “lightning sale” which tricked me into buying this quickly since I thought I only had 30 min left, for $38, when it is STILL only $38 and was also $38 before the supposed “lightning sale.” [UPDATE 1: I’ve had these for over 6 months now and have put them in the dishwasher constantly with no problems or rusting. I also frequently leave them sitting in water. They are shiny so do show water spots and finger prints. I’ve gotten used to that and the fact that they aren’t quite as black as I’d hoped (and it depends on the lighting), and am overall happy with this purchase, for the price. UPDATE 2: It’s been a year now and the black coating is getting a bit discoloured (it turns kind of a rainbowy oil slick colour if that makes sense), and has worn off in spots on a couple pieces]

What a good n sturdy addition to my cutlery collection. Good for 4 people. Even though black seems to be a bit odd choice of colour when I go for cutlery shopping but this one really caught my eyes n m glad tht it actually looked good physically rather then just in pic. The quality is titanium n pretty shiny. Doesn’t really give a complete black shade rather a shiny greyish. Would be great to use with light coloured dinner sets.

Individually wrapped which protected it from scratches during shipping. I bought this to compliment the Mikasa set I already own. Light weight compared to my other set but it is half the price.I read some users have issue putting in dishwasher. Make sure you don’t use power scrub mode. Even my mikasa set would fade using power scrub mode. After I realized that I have put it in regular wash mode and it lasted many cycles.
