I've never used a rolling pin like this before so it's going to take a little getting used to... Other than THAT this thing is awesome!! Easy to clean. Easy to use. But most of all... Easy to STORE! Not big and bulky like the rolling pins with handles. 🌟

I have NEVER seen a rolling pin this shape my son's friend was telling me it's a French rolling pin & much better for larger pastries an pie crust than a normal rolling pin, not sure if I believe him or not. LOLIt's very lightweight very unique an I love looking @ it. I just recently bought every kitchen gadget you could possibly imagine including my knives & measuring cups in this rainbow color, I absolutely love it! I've always had everything black on black on black. I guess being on the verge of turning 50 I'm in a midlife crisis an changing things up a bit. 🤣

Has a learning curve,lol used to my marble rolling pin. But I got it to make steamed buns and potstickers.

This rolling pin is amazing! My husband loves fried pies, but I always hated to make them because everything stuck to my wooden rolling pin. This one is amazing, does not stick, at all. Made fried pies in a fraction of the time it usually takes

I love this rolling pin! Never knew thisnwas the real traditional kind untill I read up on some. I also love how you can put this in the freezer/fridge to keep your dough cold as well while working with it. Perfect pin

Maybe too lightweight? A rolling pin needs to have some heft to it for it to really work well. This is very, very light. I can't see it working well for a heavy dough or one that needs to be tackled aggressively. But for something delicate like a pie crust it should be fine. It's gorgeous, and I like that since it's metal it's also nonporous.

Where has this roller been my whole life?! I have been using a crappy bamboo roller and hestitate every time I go to take it out of the drawer. But this roller is my new go-to! It's light weigh and I was able to shape and roll out my bagel dough with ease. I'm glad I ran across this item when surfing Amazon.
