Perfect size, neither big nor small. It's a bit smaller than a regular spaghetti scoop, but it's fine for pasta, and it fits in my little drawer, which is exactly what I want. I haven't tried it with spiral pasta or any other pasta, but I have other utensils that work for these.

I gave this set to my niece who has the party Central home. They are heavy enough for every day use, but hold up to party use as well. They are a good weight and should last for many years.

Not too heavy but sturdy. Very easy to clean. I love stainless steel cooking utensils and pots and pans. Got tired of the bending plastic spatulas. We used it hard this year baking cookies. I would buy this again.
