I've found these to be more sturdy than most. For best results I always wash them while still hot or with very hot water and plenty of soap to cut the grease they catch.

I prefer this one because it can go from stove top to oven because the handle isn't plastic. My other one has a plastic handle which is fine for stove top use only.
