They actually look like cloth from a distance. Even up close once you realize they aren't cloth they still look very sleek and stylish. Very happy with our purchase.

Because the placemats are rolled when they are packaged, it takes some time for them to uncurl. They are quite easy to clean, wipe with a damp cloth.

They look decent and work great protecting the table cloth, I'm sick of having to put the table cloth in the washing machine after almost every meal .These placemats just solved my troubles.

They have an attractive textured surface that you can stick under the faucet or just sponge off. Spilled liquids do not pass though.

It’s also nice that they are heat resistant for added protection of the surface underneath.
