I haven't really used it yet. But actually I am impressed with the quality of its packaging. I don't think any throwaway courier will break the pot! It's also a pretty nice teapot, perfect for my use...I'll be using it in a day or two, hopefully it lasts a long time.

I bought this teapot to replace the plastic teapot I've been using for a few years to brew my daily hot tea. I think it's safer to brew in a glass. I wouldn't heat this teapot directly on the stove as I have a stovetop kettle to heat the water. But it's good to know that it can be used on the stove without fear of being cracked by the heat.

Wife loves it...looks very nice and feels good in hand. Wash with soap and water. My wife said...she noticed that a tea bag was torn open and the leaves never left the teapot into our cups, which was great. Hand washing with soap and water is recommended for safety.

love everything about it. I use a glass rag to prevent water spots. Do not boil the water with a high fire, it is recommended to boil the water with a kettle and put it into the teapot together with the tea leaves. After a period of time, you can get delicious tea!
