The wooden hand guards are a good size and very sturdy providing good protection from missed blows and the handles are large enough ad feel solid to get a good grip on the tool when in use.

The blades on this set are considerably longer than my previous set, which i prefer as it seems to give more flexibility in the use of the tools.

This seems to be a great set of chisels, they feel quite heavy, very solid but at the same time very comfortable and well balanced in my medium sized hands.

I find these chisels to be very affordable, especially since the rubber around the chisel holds the chisel in place and avoids hitting it with a mallet.
