But, the handle fell off so I had to drill a hole and put a screw in it.

Works great, strainer is awesome, super fine and doesn't let any debris through. If you knocked it over I don't think the lid would stay on but it does keep dust and critters out of your oil. Doesn't hold as much as it says it will. That was a bit of a problem for me.

Great for a bacon grease keeper! Love the size and the strainer.
Now, I wish they'd make a larger one for your deep frying oil.
