I do my pickled shitake mushrooms in this crock now...it is very pretty, very good size and handsome on the table! A tiny bit pricey...but so nice!

Beautiful pot. I only give 4 stars because it is smaller than I expected. You can only fit 1 liter if you fill it to the brim, almost overflowing. A bit more room would have been nice. But it’s still a lovely pot; I’m making my first kimchi in it tonight, can’t wait to see how it turns out.

SO CUTE but, I misunderstood size. I can only fit one napa cabbage leaf and half a piece of daikon - too too small for Kimchi
