I’m not really sure how well it’s working but I do know my kimchi is fermenting well without coming out of the jar even though it’s full

Beautiful pot. I only give 4 stars because it is smaller than I expected. You can only fit 1 liter if you fill it to the brim, almost overflowing. A bit more room would have been nice. But it’s still a lovely pot; I’m making my first kimchi in it tonight, can’t wait to see how it turns out.
