They actually wear much better than I had anticipated also. The first photo is when I opened the package right after receiving them. The picture of the spoon (their is no design on the spoon, it is a reflection of my lamp) is after a week of use. I cleaned them by hand some days and other times they went through the dishwasher (I believe on 3 occasions for the dishwasher and I washed them by hand 4-5 times).

If you haven't dined with gold flatware, you are missing out. I love all things gold and knew I wanted this in the new place I was moving to. I love the way it look aesthetically and they are holding up well throughout many uses and washes.

I’ve had these utensils for almost a year and the finish has not faded or tarnished. I get many compliments on them. They were the cheapest ones I could find in this finish that had round spoons which I prefer over oval. Bought 2 sets

I bought one set in the black. So far they seem pretty good, the finish hasn’t work off and they don’t scratch easily. The black is more like a coating with a bit of thickness to it. But it hasn’t scratched or faded yet. I have had them in the dishwasher a number of times. They looks good so far.
