This was a gift for another person so can only speak on speed of delivery and the looks of the product. Item arrived quickly and was packaged well. My only concern was the size of both height and size of the straws. The height appeared to be adequate but was a little concerned about the circumference. They weren’t as big around as most plastic straws . I personally would have preferred a larger one. It was important that it also included a cleaning brush and that was included.

I've had a set of four metal straws for about a year, but keep running out and have to wash them frequently. I decided to purchase this 12 piece set. They are the same quality as my original set. I am pleased to have many more to use in between washings.
