So, if you've read my reviews of the other parts of this set, you'll know how happy I have been with the quality of these. That being said, I'm a little disappointed with this particular set.

While the look and finish is fantastic, these don't quite feel as solid and sturdy as the flatware or steak knives. They've held up ok to use, but I feel a bit more concerned about these bending than the other pieces. Sure, they don't get used as often, but I'm definitely more careful using this set than the rest. I had to take off a star because of it.
For the price, they're by no means a bad buy, but it's something that you should be aware of. Also, be careful when using these with hot soups or around the stove, because the handles can get hot. It's best to use these for serving or moving food from the pots/pans, and have a different set with insulated handles for cooking.
