When my old nickle-plated French whisk finally broke, I first replaced it with a set from a fancy culinary supply site, but I found those to be too cumbersome and over-designed to be useful. These three whisks are perfect--sturdy stainless steel and three sizes for any occasion. I couldn't be happier with them.

Works just the way you expect. The whisks are pretty hard and stable. Unlike the ones from IKEA. I've washed them in the dish washer countless times in the last months and the gold color doesn't have any sign to wear off. So I think they're durable. 10/10 recommended
