This spatula is perfect for stirring the food in my pan while sautéing. It's sturdy and the handle is long enough to keep my hands away from the hot pan. When it gets slightly discolored from food and oil stains, I use a bit of dishwashing detergent on it and it shines like new.

Wow! Never thought I would realize how useful a spatula is for non-wok cooking. The tool is much stricter than expected. It will scrape anything from the surface of the pan if needed. The handle stays cool.
