The smallest one is great for a dusting of powdered sugar on desserts. The large one works well for draining and rinsing a can of beans.

Overall, incredible quality and great for a variety of uses.

This set of strainers is of pretty good quality. The mesh is a bit soft (it can get dented) however it is perfect if you want to do any baking.

When I was young and starting out my own, many metal strainers would rust and/or come loose from the rims. These haven't and I sometimes put them in the dishwasher. Recommend.

They are a very fine mesh so they are good for straining very fine flour mixtures, custards and anything that you want to be very silky smooth.
