Absolutely love it!

At first, my wife thought this would be tough to use, she's had the standard roller in use for years. You know the ones, where there is a handle that passes through the center and the outer portion that rolls on the handle, they are both old - a wooden and a marble version and are getting worn out. Time to move on and into the 21st century!This is obviously a lot thinner than that previous rollers so there was a lot of push back, the worry was that when rolling out thicker dough it would just roll over the top of this thing, and in fact, it did the first couple of attempts but then after some thinking about how to properly maneuver during the roll its worked out great. After discovering how to properly roll with the narrowed off ends in the palm it became easy for her to center the pin between her hands. I watched her for a bit and then gave it a try and I got the hang of it fairly quick.► The fact that's so light means that there's more effort required to squish down the dough but not a serious amount.► Cleanups are a breeze with this thing vs. the wood or even marble old-style rollers. Those have an inner channel where the handle passes through and dough always got stuck in there, it could sometimes be a bugger to clean with a brush it needed to sit and soak for while to get the dough out.Also on the upside, if ever she decides to bonk me on the head with this thing it will hurt a lot less!The only thing that worries me is whether or not it would dent if it fell against the corner of a marble countertop.

I love it! It is lightweight but very sturdy. Cleans easily.

It is easy to clear and use, the only thing I think it is little thin and short. I still need a thicker and longer one. I use it to make noodles.

I loved the rose gold from the picture, however, the color is a bit off (more gold than rose gold) when I received the item. Time will tell the durability and quality...

Nothing to complain about at all. Very easy to clean. I never like wood rolling pins cuz they are always hard to clean. They crack once they are washed. Some ppl here mentioned this rolling pin is too light weighted, but for me it's not an issue at all. I honestly don't think it's light, but it's actually pretty sturdy. Hope my input helps

I love this! It’s lightweight, you can stick in the fridge to get really cold before rolling dough, and it looks great!

I didn’t receive the right color of rolling pin. I ordered the Rose Gold, but instead you sent me a Gold colored one which I don’t happen to like as much. Don’t get me wrong, I think the Gold colored pins are beautiful and the color is exquisite, but it didn’t quite do for me what the Rose colored one did. That being said, all I want to know is how do I go about returning it and getting the right one shipped over to me as quickly as possible because I was going to use it for the grand opening at a Gala. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ordered the Rose Gold but received the Gold one instead. Other than that, the rolling pin is a great quality rolling pin. The most important thing for me when choosing what to add to my kitchen is to make sure it's made from a food-safe material. This rolling pin is made of stainless steel which is safe, lead free and BPA free. The smooth stanless steel finish doesn't need oiling and extra care like my old wooden one and the wash up is a breeze.The smooth non-stick surface makes it resistant to picking up any colors or pigments, odors, or flavors from the dough and can be simply wiped clean or it can go to dishwasher.The tapered shape design allows for precise control over dough's thickness but it got me some time to get used to it, the design allows to work with more dough at the same time basically using every inch of the width of the roller.The hollow core makes it light allowing the user to control the downward force on the dough rather the weight of the roller once again giving more control to the user over the thickness they want to achieve.The only issue I noticed is that the heat from hands can be easily transferred to the dough and cause the dough to heat up. This can be remedied by putting the roller in the freezer for 15 mins to be chilled before using it on buttery dough.Most of us probably have at least one baker in our family or circle of friends. This is the perfect small gift for that one person and it'll probably stay in their kitchen forever.

I am an avid baker. I do all my cooking from scratch, even sauces nothing is processed. So naturally I have several rolling pins, one I liked better for pastry, another I liked better for pasta dough and so on. Each had their own merits, but this rolling pin handles it all and I have tossed out all the other rolling pins. It saves a lot of space and a lot of time working the different products I make.It is a good length for my purposes as well as heavy enough to easily get the job done without wearing me out like my big pastry roller. For anyone that bakes they know there is nothing worse than an uneven roller. This one is perfectly symmetrical. The taper on the last couple of inches at each end is just enough to easily pick it up, yet you still have lots of roller space with which to work.With it consisting of stainless steel the roller stays cool which helps a lot especially when rolling pastry dough. Nothing so far, including sticky cookie dough has stuck to this roller and the clean up is a breeze. A light rinse, then wipe with a slightly soapy cloth and allow it to air-dry. You will not believe how much easier your baking will become with this roller.Now that I have tried it I would not bake without it.

Matches all my other rainbow metal stuff and is a good length, lightweight, and can be made cold so dough doesn't stick to it as much. You need to know how to use an old fashioned roller to fully appreciate it however.

This rolling pin is long, over 16 inches.It is long enough for all the baking tasks, The length is 16.7 inch. It’s made of stainless steel. It’s tapered and smooth. It’s easy to use to roll out your dough and there’s no issue with sticking. With wooden rollers you need to use flour to prevent sticking; with this rolling pin, we use a little olive oil and there’s no sticking. This rolling pin has gold plated polish and we’ve had no issue with it chipping or flaming off. Cleaning it up is simple and unlike wooden rolling pins, it’s even easy to store.
