Aunque dudé por su forma, es muy ergonómico y fácil de usar, rara vez se le pega algo. Tiene buen peso, ni liviano, ni pesado, me gustó el largo del rodillo, lo que lo hace fácil de guardar

All cooks and bakers have their preferences when it comes to kitchen tools but I believe a stainless steel tapered rolling pin has its place in any kitchen. It’s not as traditional as old-school wood rolling pins with handles but it’s SO MUCH easier to clean and you can stick it in the dishwasher. There’s no nooks and crannies for food debris to get wedged into and since it’s stainless steel, this will likely last a lifetime! The benefit to this metal tapered rolling pin is that you can stick it in your fridge or freezer to cool it down prior to rolling out cold pastry dough. For flakiness, this is a key step! Unlike marble rolling pins which can also retain the cold, this one is lightweight and very easy to maneuver.PROS+ Doesn’t stick to dough, great for baking+ Can be chilled in freezer before rolling out cold pastry dough+ Smooth sleek metal = super easy to clean!+ Never stains or soaks up oils+ Stainless steel – very durable, will likely last a lifetime!+ Slim and lightweight for delicate pastries. Very maneuverable+ Versatile for all sorts of food and kitchen tasks (pizza and pastry dough, crushing crackers and nuts, etc.)CONS- None!

The Berglander Stainless Steel Rolling Pin Matte Finish for Baking Pizza Dough, Pie, Cookie, Essential Kitchen Utensil Gift Ideas for Bakers. is a nice weight rolling pin, without a stand or holder. It works very well for using one hand to roll, or two for heavier doughs. I've been making tortillas with it and it is a perfect weight for rolling the doughs. We've also done stuffed dumplings and they have also rolled out quite nicely. It is compact and a smaller diameter than you might be used to, so it may take some practice to get the hang of it, but it works well once you do.

If you do any kind of baking, chances are that you'll need a rolling pin. We have a very heavy, marble rolling pin that works well for certain dough, but it's quite unwieldy and is a risk of doing a lot of damage if it falls on a foot or countertop. This Berglander stainless steel rolling pin is a wonderful replacement for most of what we bake as it's not as heavy, but long and easy to use. Being that it's stainless steel, it also won't absorb any color or odors. This hasn't been a problem with our marble rolling pin, but it has been an issue with wooden rolling pins. The inside of this rolling pin is hollow, but the inner walls feel thick and the overall quality is excellent. There is only a very small branding to one side and the look is elegant. This is a french tapered style rolling pin, so the center is thicker than the ends. This is ergonomically easier for me to use and it works quite well with soft dough. While this rolling pin has been amazing to use, if you prefer larger (in diameter) rolling pins then this might feel too thin. Of course, it's a personal preference which can vary from dough to dough, but it is worth mentioning in case you've never used a thinner rolling pin.Overall, a well-made, beautiful, and functional rolling pin.

Pros:Very solidEasily cleanedFood seems to roll off easilyLarger than expectedGreat lookingCons:No hand clearanceI wasnt sure how easy this would be to roll. Takes some getting used to, not having 'hand clearance' but seems to spread the dough very easily, without too much pressure. Ive always used the kind that has two handles with the roller in the centre so I wasnt sure just how easy it would be to have a continuous roll. It will definately take some getting used to.

-easy to use-beautiful color-sturdy-seems longer than usual pin, could be because there are no handles-thicker in middle and skinnier at sides, making it easier to hold-would recommend

What is there to say about a rolling pin? It's smooth, doesn't have any rough edges, grooves or crevices so it's easy to clean as there is there is no chance of food particles getting stuck anywhere. It's a little light, so you have to use more pressure when rolling something out with it compared to a big old fashioned wood rotating rolling pin with the handles but it's not a big deal for most tasks. The rainbow finish is pretty nice, definitely more interesting than your standard rolling pins. It doesn't seem to scratch off easily, and also seems totally unaffected by washing. The slightly tapered shape make it comfortable to handle, and it's more than long enough. So while it would have been a bit nicer if it was solid so it would have a bit more heft to it for our preference, that's pretty much the only thing that could stand changing.

I Gave as a gift to my daughter who loves to bake. She loves it. Much smaller than a regular pin, easy to clean and store.

I have been looking for a new rolling pin as my old wooden rolling pin is so much heavier and takes time to fully dry, because I always wash my rolling pin before each use. This stainless steel rolling pin is so much better! Lightweight, easy to clean, and dry fast. Also, comparing with the wooden rolling pin, this stainless steel rolling pin pretty much never has dough stuck to it. Now it makes me feel much happier when baking. I would highly recommend it.

Nice lightweight rolling pin. The color isn't as pink/rose gold as in the pic. Looks more of a light champagne. I'm trying to have the same color scheme for my baking supplies. But overall it will fit in.

Easy to clean Compared to wooden sticks, I like it because it does not breed bacteria and does not stain with flour, I will recommend it

Without the handles I had to put a lot of weight on it to get it to roll out thawed bread dough. Ideal for rolling pie crusts though. Will stick unless you use lots of flour or chill it (helps a lot). It really is a beautiful pin. I love the look of it.

This is a very nice rolling pin. It is surprisingly light, which makes it easy to maneuver. I got the gold color, which looks great. So far I've used the rolling pin for rolling out pizza dough, and have found that it is comfortable to use and does the job well. I used flour while rolling the dough out, and didn't have trouble with sticking. The length of the rolling pin was perfect.Cleaning is easy. Since the rolling pin is one piece, there are no nooks or crannies that dough or flour can get stuck in.

Beautiful rolling pin that takes up very little room. This is our 3rd rolling pin, I also own a wooden one and a weird plastic/wood hybrid. Both have handles which allow you to put a lot of pressure, while this one it's a little harder to roll out firm things. You can make this one work though no matter the task. We used it to roll out dough for beignets. It handled it well and I received compliments on how pretty it was. Very cute and this would make a wonderful gift for any baker.

Recomendado!
