I like how heavy these spoons are but they’re a little harsh in your hand with some edges that are pretty sharp. What got them a couple had some surface rust on them there came off without too much effort. They are doing a good job replacing the six spoons that have disappeared from my silverware drawer.

I’m not sure who uses this sized spoon as a “dinner spoon” - these are what I call “big mouth spoons.” Not a feasible option when you have children...and you don’t have an enormous mouth. We toss this sized spoon from any set we purchase.And unfortunately they aren’t truly black. They’re dark grey.They are a sturdy spoon however and seem like they could withstand a mighty beating - or give one.If you have the mouth of a giant and are looking for a dark grey spoon...or a weapon...these are for you.
