I really like the idea of using a stainless steel rolling pin. I think it might even work better if you chill it in the refrigerator before using it if making pie crust.

Matches all my other rainbow metal stuff and is a good length, lightweight, and can be made cold so dough doesn't stick to it as much. You need to know how to use an old fashioned roller to fully appreciate it however.
