I like this Slotted Spoon!! The handle on this Slotted Spoon is thick and easy to grip. The handle is light because the great workmanship is without crevices for food to accumulate yet not heavy and weighted. So easy to cook and just the right size Slotted Spoon.I also bought skimmer, they are all very good.
