Not as large as I had hoped

This is a very well made scoop. It has a solid feel in the hand. I wish i would have read the description more closely. it is rather small. Some may find the size perfect. I am disappointed

This tool would not easily scoop a favorite ice cream of mine that freezes very hard. But pretty good for regular ice cream.
