It's hard for me to open, hard to use, and damages the cork half the time.

The wine spoon is sturdy, but it has limited maneuverability, it doesn't punch smoothly enough, and it sometimes gets stuck.

It's not perfectly flat on the handle, it's serrated, which can cause uneven cuts, leaving debris, and I'd prefer a flat blade.
