Well made, stainless steel construction and heavy duty wire loops. This blender can mix anything together. I mostly use it to mix and maintain my sourdough and leave it to my stand mixer to actually make the dough.

I make bread by hand every few weeks. This dough mixer is better than mixing dough by hand or with a spoon. It works great and is dishwasher safe and it now sits in the cupboard with all my bread baking supplies.

This is one of those items I never knew I needed until I got it. It mixes doughs and batters quickly and washes perfectly in the dishwasher. Well made and stable. I love using it when making cookies or fruit bread and I think I will happily use it for a long time.

Not thick enough and a little weak, I could barely stir it if it didn't bend a little. A bit pricey for something that might not last long enough.

It's easy to whip up a mixture, be it eggs or pancake mix or whatever. Great for gravy in a pan. Clean up is easy, just put in the dishwasher. Very good blender.
