Yes you do have to be very careful, just like you would with any knife. Anyway, it’s a great pizza wheel.

This steel pizza cutter is well made, but one has small black dots on it, not sure why, the other is fine.

I've been looking for a new pizza knife since our old traditional handle/wheeled pizza knife broke. This pizza cutter cuts well, but you'd better keep your hands clean with the plastic handle for better cuts.
