I have had this set for a year and no gold color has worn off. It’s lightweight and washes easily. I typically hand wash, but a stray fork has ended up in the dishwasher with no adverse effects. Don’t know what would happen if put in there on a regular basis. The color is not a bright gold, more of an old gold color.

I bought two sets of these in black and was nervous to buy these because I had seen a few reviews about the quality after washing them BUT I love them. I’ve had them for over two months now and they are just as perfect as when I unboxed them. They also come with a warranty card.I also bought another 2 sets as a wedding present for my cousin and she said she feels likes queen using them. Just saying.

The knives are some time’s hard to clean by hand wash ( you know the cutting edge) but everything else is top of the list our family is very glad! Dishwasher safe (I got them about 4 months ago ) we don’t regret at the moment. By the way when somebody comes over they say ( what a cutlery )

I was worried these would be a weird color or be too cheap and light or they would scratch or chip and silver would be underneath. HOWEVER so far, none of those things have been true. They are the perfect, on trend gold color. They have a nice balance between being large enough for regular meals, but also that nice, elongated Korean style sort of look that's also on trend. They're the normal silverware weight you would expect. I'm very glad I took the plunge and got these, and I suggest you do too. :)

They're not heavy nor are they a flimsy. Beautifully made and I love them . I bought 3 sets. You never know if your going to lose a spoon to the garbage disposal.
