When I received the package, the bag that these were in was tore open and they were just hanging out inside the manilla envelope they showed up in. I was a little nervous about it, but I just washed them really well before using them. They aren't quite the right height for my cups, but they do the job.

The item arrived as described. No issues with the product itself thus far, just noticed how the metal can get really cold. May try to find something to use on the tip. It was really funny to see the expression of the drive-thru window attendants face at Arby’s when I told her I didn’t want the plastic straw...priceless :)

Mouth of straw is a bit narrow, but they are nice quality, and you don't get a metallic taste at all when using them. Bought these so I could reduce my use of plastic straws/single use plastic products. Works perfectly, easy to clean thanks to the two nylon wire brushes provided. Also, the fact that there are long and short straws and straight and bended straws is very convenient.

Just received my stainless steel straws 3 days ago and I guess their ok, I think the inner diameter could have been bigger by at least 1/2 the size.

This is a good deal. A well crafted product for a low price. The sizes in the pack are well thought out. I carry travel mugs with me everywhere now as I'm trying to cut back my use of single-use plastics. These are the perfect straws for it. The long ones fit my enormous to-go mug. The two brushes it comes with for cleaning are well made also. They seem sturdy enough to go the distance. I'm pleased with this purchase.
