These are great for anyone! They hold up very well in the dishwasher, and they are super easy to hand clean as well. I like the way they look. They could easily go with a modern deco look but also fit right in with that rustic homey feel.

I found many products are overpriced but this one is not the case!
I have black set and this looks and feels very good and it comes in incredibly good price range. I tested this set in dishwasher and indeed there is no issue whatsoever. They clean very easily. I have them in connection to my creamy plates and they look amazing, my wife loves them.
Someone mentioned earlier about packaging and indeed that could be an issue if you're buying it as a gift, gray cupboard isn't the best for that but I guess as soon as you wrap it in some kind of paper then the person would be happy with the product itself.
I recommend the product.

I just got these, but so far so good. My kids have been asking me to get the reusable straws to help minimize the use of plastic. I know it's a very small contribution, but anything helps. I really like the bag that comes with so you can take with you in your purse. And you get a lot of them for not a lot of money.
i love these straws! they're easy to use and keep my drinks cold unlike paper/plastic straws. i have even given as gifts as well...just remember if you use while out, remember to grab before you leave the establishment. i've left 2 behind already :-(
Having metal straws is like adding straws to your silverware drawer like a new spoon. They are easy to use, easy to clean with the included brushes and you never run out of them. They do conduct temperature so if you are drinking something frozen they will be cold - not an issue if you are expecting it. I highly recommend this set.
