These are a bit lighter weight than my regular set, but I wanted something with a simple design & nice ergonomics for every day use. I don't think I would try to scoop hard ice cream with these, but otherwise . . . These fill the bill. One thing that might not be noticed when looking at the photos is that the forks are very slender at the tines. Some people might not like that.I'm happy with the set & I got extra spoons because you always need more. 😁
Before buying I asked if these were quiet. I am pleased to report that my husband does not wake me up at 5:30 am with a clanking spoon on cereal bowl when he uses these. They are also deep and lightweight- they have quickly become the favorite cereal bowls in the house.
This pie server is excellent quality! It makes pie serving a pleasure. I highly recommend it for entertaining and serving well cut desserts to your family.
