The tips of the chopsticks are slightly textured. This makes eating with these chopsticks easier, especially for beginners, as the food won't slide off as easily.
Nice colors and the kids are happy with them now that they have outgrown their character plates. I've had no problem with them warping or scratching so far as others have mentioned.
They are great! Durable plastic, fun colors, easy to clean, and much safer than the cheapo plates I had before. The lip on the edge is nice too, less spills.
The spatula I used while frying was held in place very nicely, therefore eliminating what would have been a greasy mess on my countertop! Highly recommended!
