I like this skimmer!! The handle on this skimmer is thick and easy to grip. The handle is light because the great workmanship is without crevices for food to accumulate yet not heavy and weighted. So easy to cook and just the right size skimmer.
Solid construction, great look, overall excellent product! I have used every one of these items when working in my kitchen, and each of then is perfectly built and plenty sturdy for my needs.
The packaging was very good quality and impressive and the color doesn't wash off over time!I have been using it for a few months and it will not fade at the moment, I will recommend it to my friends.
I've used them for a couple of years, and about once a week, and they've not rusted so far. The color plating still remains (I don't scrub them while washing).
The whisk is very easy to clean. It brings together ingredients quickly and I also use it for pancake batter, to make dumplings and other non-bread doughs or batters.
