I use a very old flat grater for cheese and fresh ginger, which at the time was difficult to grate due to the lack of sharpness. So I bought this grater and it works really well and it's very sharp.
This cutter is the real deal for someone that needs it.This thing works so good.I am very impressed, and I recommend it to anyone that needs to cut glass.
It's sturdier than most metal hand shovels I own, lightweight and small so it doesn't take up much space in the packaging and works well in looser soil.
I bought this for my kitchen junk drawer and replaced the mini screwdriver set that takes up more space because the tips are very small and easy to lose, but they fit securely into the screwdriver.
We needed a new grater and saw this, so we decided to give it a try. It works well, with a precise and sharp grating plane, and it has no problem with anything from hard objects like carrots to soft ones like cheddar cheese.
This is my first set of knives, and I must say I'm very pleased. I love how sharp they are, and they seem to hold their sharp edges well, slicing through my meat and vegetables like butter.
