I thought it was no different than the regular spatula I use, but I was wrong, this spatula has a smooth handle and a flat leading edge that makes it easier to stir fry in the pan and helps turn the pan more efficiently.
Have been searching for quite awhile for a small stainless ladle. This is the PERFECT little ladle...unlike larger ones used for soups etc, this is just the right dimension for sauces, gravy or other small portions. Fits perfectly on the rack and blends with the remaining utensiles. Very pleased!
When I received this cutlery set I was very satisfied, it looked and felt great, the important thing is that my kids can no longer break my cutlery, which is obviously much better than the ceramic ones.
