The skimmer is larger than expected but very pro quality.It has a very highly polished finish.This is a surprisingly well made utensil for the price though; it is large, heavy-duty and feels like something that would be used in a commercial kitchen and it can skim the stuff from the top of homemade soup and to lift noodles out of the water or a colander. It is quickly becoming a must-have kitchen tool

Is one solid piece, and goes through the dishwasher nicely. No rust spots. Has heavy/sturdy feel.

Finally, a ladle that is just right. I have ordered ladles online before and found myself looking at too huge ladles and too tiny ladles. It holds about a cup or so and is attractive and easy to hold.

This skimmer is of good quality and durable. My old cutlery is in the drawer, and I put the new skimmer on the cutlery rack in a prominent place in the kitchen. Of course, you can get cheaper plastic tableware, they can still flip a burger or scoop a spoonful of soup, but when you want quality and want your things to look as good as them, these are all worth it. As stainless steel, I can see that these will last for many years.

I’m so glad I found them.Great stainless steel set. After over 6 months of adding them to our kitchen set, wife is happy to let go of all her nylon/plastic utensils.

I just received so I’m hoping that there are no problems. Haven’t used it yet but I bought it for my cheese making. It is very lightweight which surprised me, nice and shiny and elegant looking.
