Used both for the first time today. Very sharp, felt good in my hand and the weight was good. The stainless was a little hard to handle when I got my hand wet so it could use some rubber dots or something for grip.

This peeler does the job for a great price. Be careful, and if you are a kitchen klutz use kitchen gloves.

These are the sharpest peelers I've ever touched. BE CAREFUL!
