These were very easy to use. They can be used for almost anything to be peeled. It is sharp to glide over the skins of fruits and potato. I love It!

Feels good quality, the only annoying thing is the blade bit moves more than my old one so i had to keep adjusting it. But it peels nicely so I'd recommend!
