    Used it for about a year and then the blade became dull and didn't cut properly. There is no adjustment to re-tension the blade.

    They sent me the wrong product and I bought raw poultry shears in silver stainless steel instead of regular kitchen shears!

    Slicing the backbone of a chicken is fine, but anything softer, like chicken skin, is not.
