No problem with these kitchen scissors. I've used better ones because they're a bit bulky and it's a little awkward to cut the chicken, but they still work well.

These scissors are nice and sharp, I cut chicken bones easily with it, but it's a bit heavy for me and can't be used for long periods of time

I will most likely replace these with other kitchen shears and simply use them for home use.

Love the overall design, but the quality of the metal used is disappointing, mine was tarnished after 6 months.
