This is exactly what I need. You can see when the water is boiling and when the tea is brewed. The only thing you should keep in mind is that the teapot holder can get very hot, so don't try to touch it without a thermal cloth.

It works with tea bags or loose tea and it only makes up to three or four cups of tea...so if you're like me and want more, buy something else.

I liked it for a month and a few days, and then it accidentally hit the corner of the table and broke, and I was very sad.
