The teapot is a whole, smaller than I thought. Considering the large party, I would buy a bigger one.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who loves tea. She appreciates one of my teapots, so I thought it would be a great gift for her. I can't answer if it's heat resistant or easy to clean, but it seems so.

Having tried many types of gadgets to make tea, this one has to be the best. I've made it into several different types of tea, including green and dark, and love the taste. The only downside is that it doesn't hold heat very well.
