The size fits perfectly for a large spatula or two smaller utensils. Easy to wash, not heavy at all. I appreciate the shape of the tail that allows it to hang it on a storage bar.
This utensil is great for skimming the top of homemade broths or as a strainer for cooking foods in hot oil. There’s a pretty good weight to it and is comfortable to hold.
Perfect size. It's smaller than a normal pasta spoon but it works for spaghetti and it fits in my small drawer, which is what I wanted. I haven't tried it with spiral pasta or any other pasta, but I have other utensils that will work for those.
