They are much smaller then I expected. I have a large salad bowl and they aren’t going to work for that. They will work to serve vegetables so I’m keeping them for that
It is long enough for all the baking tasks, The length is 16.7 inch. It’s made of stainless steel. It’s tapered and smooth. It’s easy to use to roll out your dough and there’s no issue with sticking.
I love these knives so much i bought 2 more sets. They're only serrated on one side which makes for slightly awkward cutting at times, but they wash well in the dishwasher and come out shiny and are plenty sturdy
